📣 Hey Everyone,
RFP-48 advocates for the election of an Inaugural Community Council to restore trust, rebuild the protocol, and establish a sustainable future after two devastating hacks. The proposal aims to establish a truly decentralized governance structure, rebuild the protocol with security-first principles, and implement a community-led roadmap.
The new 3-member council will be co-led by a community member of tier-1 caliber, integrity, and mad skills, and Radiant's DAO Administrator with turn-around experience. The council will be supported by Radiant's legal & regulatory contributor (3rd member) and 4 other trusted team members/signers to satisfy the 4/7 multisig requirement.
The new Inaugural Community Council will replace the current Inaugural Council as per Radiant DAO's bylaws. The current council members will graciously transition into pro-bono advisor roles to further support the transition period and beyond 🙏 ❤️
